1. Service Description

Spine Empire provides business consulting, training materials, and marketing systems for chiropractic practices. Our services include courses, templates, scripts, and ongoing support.

2. Territory Exclusivity

25-Mile Exclusivity — while you're active and in good standing, we work with one clinic per 25 miles of your address. Active = running ≥1 seminar every 30 days or maintaining ≥$2,000/mo ad spend and following SOPs. A 7-day cure applies before we reopen the radius.

Territory boundaries are determined by straight-line distance from your registered practice address. Disputes regarding territory boundaries will be resolved by Spine Empire management. Territory exclusivity does not apply to online marketing or services provided outside the designated radius.

3. Results Guarantee (Action-Based)

License fees are non-refundable. If Client completes all required actions and does not achieve 10 paid Challenge buyers within 60 days of ad launch, Provider will continue to deliver weekly coaching at no additional program fee until the milestone is reached. Required actions include: launch checklist completed within 7 days; ≥$2,000 ad spend in the first 30 days; speed-to-lead under 60 seconds during business hours; day-0 pursuit for 6 hours; 3-day follow-up cadence; consults booked within 24 hours; complete reminder stack (T-24h/T-2h/T-30m); KPIs logged 2×/week; weekly role-play attendance; use of provided consult script and price sheet; adherence to all SOPs; completion of assigned action items.

4. Refund Policy

License fees are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spine Empire's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
